Wow! Does that resonate with you? So, for example, my current habit of playing Scrabble constantly is perfectly designed to deliver the results of a messy house, frizzy hair, snow covered sidewalks, unshaven legs, ect. All the things I have not done because I spend inordinate amounts of time on my cell phone playing games.
